At CT In-Home Assistance, we recognize the growing demand for supportive care service to both the frail
elderly and the chronically disabled. Individuals recovering from an illness or experiencing
increasing limitations in their activities of daily living need levels of help ranging from
occasional light housekeeping to continuous live-in nurse's aids.
This help can take the form of meal preparation, running errands, escorting outside the home
environment or simply keeping company and seeing to an individual's immediate needs and comforts.
Our support service will provide a personal care attendant to assist or supervise one's bathing,
dressing, toileting and indicate the appropriate time to take medication.
Our homemaker/chore staff can prepare a meal, do light or heavy housework, laundry, grocery
shopping and some errands. Our companion service generally provides supervision and recreation
for individuals with cognitive impairments.
All personnel are able to accompany an individual
to doctor's appointments and other errands. |
